Avgeria Stapaki


Through her personal interpretations of nature, art, fashion, and food, Avgeria Stepaki has forged a style of her own. Greece-born photographer turned Chef, she has absorbed her cultural heritage and that of her global travels and now follows her intuition as she draws on her inspiration from storytelling and experiences. 

Stapaki has cooked in kitchens throughout the Mediterranean including Michelin-starred Hytra and created the menu for the renowned restaurant Principote Mykonos. 

Cooking is in her DNA. Not only does she create colorful, bold dishes, but she evokes a sense of intimacy with every dish and every experience.  “Cooking for someone is an act of love, after all.”

Entrepreneur Brad Parker is the founder of Parker Hospitality. His dining concepts are more than kitchens slinging conventional dishes — they’re immersive portals that transport guests to dreamy destinations: nautical Hampton Social evokes an East Coast lifestyle; Mediterranean Nisos lets you escape to the Greek Islands; live music venue, Bassment, is a Brit-inspired speakeasy lounge. With an extraordinary eye for detail, Parker personally considers every design aspect in the creation process: from the furnishings, to the art, to the uniforms. Parker lives his life according to two business philosophies - anything is possible and embrace your mistakes.
